ORDINANCE WAIVING MINIMUM BUILDING SETBACK REQUIRE-
MENTS ON A PROPOSED REPLAT OF LOT 1-B, BLOCK 30-A,
HIGHLAND ADDITION, A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS , TEXAS .
WHEREAS , the owner of proposed Lot 1-B, Block 30-A, Highland
Addition has requested that minimum building setback requirements
be waived; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that such request is
compatible with adjacent development; and,
WHEREAS, the request will not create traffic safety problems;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the circumstances involved
in this situation are exceptional, and that such waiver should be
granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS , THAT:
Section 9 (L) (6) of Ordinance No . 2118 requiring a minimum set-
back of twenty-five (25) feet on Buchanan Street is hereby waived
for proposed Lot 1-B, Block 30-A, Highland Addition.
