ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING FUNDS BETWEEN
DEPARTMENTS WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND
AND MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FROM THE
GENERAL FUND FOR THE PURPOSE OF
FUNDING A PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS,
THAT:
SECTION 1 . The following accounts be adjusted by the amounts shown below
for the purpose of transferring $31 ,886 from the Department of Parks and
Recreation to the Department of Administrative Services.

SECTION 3. The City Council of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas has
determined that this action is in response to a growing public necessity, and
it is an emergency expenditure to meet unusual and unforeseen conditions which
could not have, by reasonable diligent thought and attention, been included in
the original budget. The fact that these amounts will be due and that they are
essential for the immediate use of the City of Wichita Falls creates an emergency;
therefore, this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage.
