AWARD OF BID TO BROCK PLUMBING FOR THE
INSTALLATION OF AUTOMATIC IRRIGATION SYSTEM
IN O'REILLY PARK
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the installation of an automatic irrigation system in
O'Reilly Park; and,
WHEREAS, it is found the lowest responsible bidder is Brock
Plumbing, who bid unit prices which equals the sum of $13, 994. 00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit bid prices of Brock Plumbing in the amount of
13,994 . 00 is hereby accepted and the City Manager is authorized
to execute a contract for the City with said Contractor for this
project.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 6th day of March, 1990.
