AWARD OF BID TO DUKE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR
THE 1989-1990 ALLEY REHABILITATION AND
SCOTLAND SEWER SERVICE CONNECTION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the 1989-1990 Alley Rehabilitation and
Scotland Sewer Service Connection Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Duke Construction Company who bid unit priced equalling the sum
of $283, 041.70.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Duke Construction Company in the
amount of $283 , 041.70 is hereby accepted and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
contractor for this project.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 5th day of June, 1990.
