RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR EXTENSION,
RELOCATION FOR REMOVAL TEXAS UTILITIES
ELECTRIC COMPANY FACILITIES FOR THE PHASE III
HOLLIDAY CREEK CONSTRUCTION.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls wishes to proceed with
Phase III of the Holliday Creek construction; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls is responsible for the
cost of the relocation of all utilities for this construction;
and,
WHEREAS, the Texas Utilities Electric Company has agreed to
accomplish this work for a not to exceed price of $28,000. 00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The agreement for relocation of distribution facilities from
Southwest Parkway to Lake Wichita FANS at the Lake Wichita Dam
for Holliday Creek Project Phase III is hereby approved.
