RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AWARD TO SCALES
CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR CONCRETE
WORK AT WATER FACILITIES
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for -bids
for concrete work at water facilities, which bids were to be made
on a unit price basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Scales Concrete Construction Company, who bid unit prices with an
estimated total of $14 ,871. 10.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such unit price bid of Scales Concrete Construction Company,
with and estimated total of $14,871.10 is hereby accepted, and
the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City
with said contractor for the construction of such project.
