RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID FOR
WINDTHORST/RATHGEBER ROAD WATER SYSTEM
WHEREAS, The City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for a project to install a water system on Windthorst and
Rathgeber Roads, such bids to be made on a unit price basis;
WHEREAS, the firm of H & S Utilities, Inc. has submitted a
bid with an estimated cost of $232, 349.22 ; and,
WHEREAS, staff has recommended award of bid to H & S
Utilities, Inc. as the lowest responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid for construction of a water system on Windthorst and
Rathgeber Roads is awarded to H & S Utilities, Inc. with an
estimated unit price cost of $232, 349.22, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City of Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 17th day of April, 1990.
