RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE CDBG WOLCOTT STREET
RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT AND AUTHORIZE FINAL
PAYMENT TO SUR-FLO UTILITIES, INC.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered a unit price
contract with Sur-Flo Utilities, Inc. with the estimated total
cost of $93, 068. 00; and,
WHEREAS, the actual work was completed at a total cost of
95,430.50 of which $90, 658 .98 has been previously paid to the
contractor leaving an amount due of $4,771.52 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has inspected the work and found it
to be acceptable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The CDBG Wolcott Street Reconstruction Project is hereby
accepted and the City Manager is authorized to make final payment
to the contractor.
