AWARD OF BID TO BOBBIE D. HAYNES CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY FOR THE CDBG HANDICAP ACCESS PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the CDBG Handicap Access Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Bobbie D. Haynes Construction Company who bid unit prices
equalling the sum of $31,455. 00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Bobbie D. Haynes Construction Company
in the amount of $31,455. 00 is hereby accepted and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with
said contractor for this project.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 17th day of April, 1990.
