RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EIGHTH AMENDMENT
WIZ H HCR CAR RENTALS AND THE SIXTH AMENDMENT
WITH METRO RENTAL, INC. AND EXTENDING THE LEASE
EXPIRATION DATE UNTIL DECEMBER 31, 1990.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has rental car leases at Municipal Airport
with HCR Car Rentals and Metro Rental, Inc.; and,
WHEREAS, the City and said lessees desire to extend the terms of such leases
to December 31, 1990 for the same terms and conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS that,
The eighth amendment with HCR Car Rentals and the sixth amendment with
Metro Rental, Inc. is hereby approved and the City Manager is authorized to execute
same for the city.
