AWARD OF BID TO LYDICK ROOFING COMPANY FOR
THE REROOF OF WICHITA FALLS ACTIVITY CENTER
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for construction of the reroof of the Activity Center and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Lydick Roofing Company who bid unit prices equalling the sum of
83 ,413 . 00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Lydick Roofing Company in the amount
of $83, 413 . 00 is hereby accepted and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
Contractor for this project.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 3rd day of April, 1990.
