AWARD OF BID TO ZACK BURKETT CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY FOR THE POLICE PARKING LOT OVERLAY
PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the Police Parking Lot Overlay Project;
and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Zack Burkett Construction Company who bid unit prices equalling
the sum of 33 ,975. 00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Zack Burkett Construction Company in
the amount of $33 , 975. 00 is hereby accepted and the City Manager
is authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
contractor for this project.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 3rd day of April, 1990.
