RESOLUTION SETTING FEES FOR CODE OF ORDINANCES AND CITY CHARTER
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, THAT:
The price to be charged by the City for a copy of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Wichita Falls, together with a copy of each supplement which
has been issued as of the time of such sale, is hereby established at $175.00.
The fee for the supplement service to the Code of Ordinances is hereby
established at $25.00 for each supplement received.
The price to be charged by the City for a copy of the City Charter of
the City of Wichita Falls, together with a copy of each supplement which
has been issued as of the time of such sale, is hereby established at $6.00.
