RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR PURCHASE OF A PLAYGROUND
STRUCTURE FOR BRIDWELL PARK TO MODLIN RECREATION EQUIPMENT, INC.
WHEREAS, the bids were opened 1 March 1990 for the purchase
of a playground structure for Bridwell Park; and,
WHEREAS, the lowest and most responsible bid was submitted
by Modlin Recreation Equipment, Inc. of Lewisville, Texas in the
amount of $8,549.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The award of contract for the purchase of a playground
structure for Bridwell Park be to Modlin Recreation Equipment,
Inc. in the amount of $8,549.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 20th day of March 1990.
