AWARD OF BID TO BOBBIE D HAYNES CONSTRUCTION
FOR THE HAMILTON BOULEVARD DRAINAGE PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the Hamilton Boulevard Drainage Project;
and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Bobbie D. Haynes Construction who bid unit prices equalling the
sum of $105, 545.80.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Bobbie D. Haynes Construction in the
amount of $105, 545.80 is hereby accepted and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
contractor for this project.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 20th day of March, 1990.
