RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROPOSED BUDGET
FOR THE NORTEX 9-1-1 COMMUNICATIONS DISTRICT
FOR THE PERIOD FROM OCTOBER 1, 1990 THROUGH
SEPTEMBER 30, 1991
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls is a participating
jurisdiction in the Nortex 9-1-1 Communications District; and
WHEREAS, the proposed budget of the District for
FY 1990-1991 has been presented to the City and found to be
reasonable and appropriate,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The ro osed budget for the Nortex 9-1-1 CommunicationsPPg
District, a copy of which is attached to and made a part hereof,
is hereby approved.
