RESOLUTION TO AWARD CONTRACT TO POTEET, INC.
FOR MODIFICATIONS OF SANITARY SEWER LIFT
STATION
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for a project to modify a lift station on Kenley Lane, such
project to be bid on a unit price basis; and,
WHEREAS, the lowest responsive bidder is Poteet, Inc. of
Wichita Falls, Texas in the estimated amount of $45, 322 . 00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The project to modify a sanitary sewer lift station is
hereby awarded to the lowest responsive bidder, Poteet, Inc. of
Wichita Falls, Texas in the estimated amount of $45, 322 . 00. The
City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for this
purpose.
