RESOLUTION TO APPROVE CONTRACT WITH
ENGINEERING FIRM OF BIGGS & MATHEWS, INC. FOR
ENGINEERING SERVICES RELATED TO PHASE I NORTH
DRAINAGE BASIN SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to make certain
sanitary sewer improvements in the North Drainage Basin;
WHEREAS, the engineering firm of Biggs & Mathews, Inc.
previously has accomplished a study to define the improvements
required in Phase I and the City now desires to construct those
improvements; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has examined a proposed contract
whereby Biggs & Mathews, Inc. will provide the necessary
engineering services for the Phase I project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The contract between the City of Wichita Falls and Biggs &
Mathews, Inc. for Phase I of the North Drainage Basin Sanitary
Sewer Improvements Project is hereby approved and the City
Manager is authorized to execute the contract for the City.
