RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE AWARD OF BID FOR
THE WEEKS PARK GOLF CART PATH PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the Weeks Park Golf Cart Path; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
George Berre Construction Company who bid unit prices equalling
the sum of $17,957. 35.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of George Berre Construction Company in
the amount of $17,957. 35 is hereby accepted and the City Manager
is authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
contractor for this project.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 17th day of July, 1990.
