RESOLUTION TO APPROVE CONTRACT WITH CORLETT,
PROBST AND BOYD FOR 1990/91 BUDGET UTILITY
IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City annually conducts a project to
rehabilitate deteriorated utility lines and facilities and to
extend other utility lines;
WHEREAS, the 1990/91 budget includes provisions for this
annual project;
WHEREAS, the City desires to engage the engineering firm of
Corlett, Probst and Boyd, Inc. for the engineering services
related to this project; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has examined a proposed contract for
this purpose.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The proposed contract with the engineering consulting firm
of Corlett, Probst and Boyd, Inc. for the 1990/91 Budget Utility
Improvements Project is hereby approved with an engineering fee
not to exceed $60, 000. 00. The City Manager is authorized to
execute the contract.
