AWARD OF BID TO B.D. HAYNES CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY FOR THE 1989-1990 STREET
REHABILITATION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the 1989-1990 Street Rehabilitation
Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
B.D. Haynes Construction Company who bid unit prices equalling
the sum of $397, 133 . 00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of B.D. Haynes Construction Company in
the amount of $397, 133 . 00 is hereby accepted and the City Manager
is authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
contractor for this project.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 3rd day of July, 1990.
