RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID FOR ANNUAL SUPPLY OF
PIPE REPAIR CLAMPS TO MORRISON SUPPLY COMPANY
AND FOR ANNUAL SUPPLY OF TAPPING SADDLES TO
POWER SEAL PIPELINE PRODUCTS CORPORATION
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for pipe repairs clamps and pipe tapping saddles;
WHEREAS, bids have been received and the Council has
considered each of the bids; and,
WHEREAS, Morrison Supply Company is determined to be the
lowest responsive bidder for the repair clamps in the amount of
17, 361.86 and Power Seal Pipeline Products Corporation is
determined to be the lowest responsive bidder for the tapping
saddles in the amount of $6, 616. 28.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid for the annual supply of pipe repair clamps is
hereby awarded to Morrison Supply Company in the amount of
17, 361.86 and the bid for the pipe tapping saddles is hereby
awarded to Power Seal Pipeline Products Corporation in the amount
of $6, 616.28.
