RESOLUTIONRESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONSTRUCTION AND
AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT TO THE CONTRACTOR
FOR THE WICHITA FALLS POLICE PARKING LOT
OVERLAY PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has entered into a
contract dated May 3, 1990 for the Wichita Falls Police Parking
Lot Overlay Project; and,
WHEREAS, cost based on actual quantities is $33 ,757.45
however $30, 381.70 has been paid to the contractor leaving a
balance due of $3, 375.75; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has inspected the work and deems it
to be acceptable on June 11, 1990.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The Wichita Falls Police Parking Lot Overlay Project is
hereby accepted and the City Manager is authorized to make final
payment to the contractor.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 3rd day of July, 1990.
