AWARD OF BID TO OPEX, INC. FOR REPLACEMENT OF
LIFT STATION #8 IN FAITH VILLAGE
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for replacement of a sanitary sewer lift station in the Faith
Village area, such bids to be on a unit price basis; and,
WHEREAS, the bid of Opex, Inc. in the estimated amount of
55,300. 00 is the lowest responsive bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid of Opex, Inc. in the estimated amount of
55, 300. 00 for the replacement of a sanitary sewer lift station
in Faith Village is hereby accepted and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for this purpose.
