RESOLUTION APPROVING SEVENTH AMENDMENT OF
CONTRACT WITH WICHITA FUNLAND, INC. , ON
PROPERTY IN WEEKS PARK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain Seventh Amendment of Contract, a copy of which
is attached hereto, between the City of Wichita Falls and Wichita
Falls Funland, Inc. , which extends the period of use by Wichita
Falls Funland, Inc. , of a portion of Weeks Park through June 30,
1995, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is authorized to
execute the same for the City of Wichita Falls.

SEVENTH AMENDMENT OF CONTRACT WITH
WICHITA FALLS FUNLAND, INC.
This Seventh Amendment of Contract, made and entered into this
the day of July, 1990, by and between the City of Wichita
Falls, Texas, hereinafter called "City" , and Wichita Falls Funland,
Inc. , hereinafter called "Funland" ,
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, heretofore, on July 12, 1965, a contract was entered
into by and between City and Funland for use by Funland of a
portion of Weeks Park for an amusement park, and this contract has
been amended six times changing certain terms thereof and extending
the contract term in five year increments, the Fifth Amendment
extending the lease agreement to June 30, 1990; and,
WHEREAS, the parties desire to extend such contract, as
amended, for an additional five year term.
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Funland do hereby agree as follows:
1. Such contract dated July 12 , 1965, as amended, is hereby
extended for an additional period from July 1, 1990, through June
30,. 1995.
The parties hereto have caused these presents to be executed
as of the day and year set out above.
