RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE AWARD OF BID FOR
THE O'REILLY/SCOTLAND/WILLIAMS PARK TRAILS
PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the O'Reilly/Scotland/Williams Park
Trails Project;
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Scales Concrete Construction Company who bid unit prices
equalling the sum of $42,906.70
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Scales Concrete Construction Company
in the amount of $42,906.70 is hereby accepted and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with
said contractor for this project.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 26th day of June , 1990.
