RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AWARD OF CONTRACT TO
WALLACE AND RAUB CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC.
FOR 1990 SECONDARY RESERVOIR IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of certain improvements at the Secondary
Reservoir, which bids were to be made on a lump sum basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Wallace and Raub Construction Company, Inc. who bid lump sum
prices with a total of $49,876. 00,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such lump sum bid of Wallace and Raub Construction Company,
Inc. with a total of $49,876.00 is hereby accepted, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City withgy
said contractor for the construction of such project.
