RESOLUTION TO APPROVE CONTRACT WITH TU
ELECTRIC FOR PROVISION OF CERTAIN ELECTRICAL
SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH CONSTRUCTION OF
NEW WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT ON RIVER ROAD
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls is making certain
modifications and additions to the River Road Wastewater
Treatment Plant;
WHEREAS, certain electrical services and facilities will be
purchased from TU Electric to facilitate the plant construction
process and operation of the plant after construction is
complete; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has considered a proposed contract
between TU Electric and the City for the provision of the said
services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The contract between TU Electric and the City of Wichita
Falls for the provision of certain electrical services and
facilities is hereby approved in the total amount of $49,826, 00
and the City Manager is authorized to execute the contract for
the City.
