RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID TO MCGRATH BROTHERS
CONCRETE FOR CONCRETE REPAIR PROJECT AT THE
NORTHSIDE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to make certain
improvements at the Northside Wastewater Treatment Plant;
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purpose stated, such
bids on a unit price basis; and,
WHEREAS, Council has found the lowest responsible bidder to
be McGrath Brothers Concrete, Wichita Falls, Texas, in the
estimated amount of $76, 885.70.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The Concrete Repair Project at the Northside Wastewater
Treatment Plant is awarded to McGrath Brothers Concrete in the
estimated amount of $76,885.70, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for this purpose.
