A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING BETHANIA REGIONAL HEALTH CARE CENTER
TO ENCROACH INTO A PORTION OF THE ALLEY IN THOMPSON SUBDIVI-
SION OF BLOCK 262, ORIGINAL TOWNSITE, WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS
WHEREAS, Bethania Regional Health Care Center has requested
permission to construct a wooden and metal dock for their mobile
Lithotripter unit; and,
WHEREAS, such dock will encroach six (6) feet into the alley
right-of-way; and,
WHEREAS, such encroachment will not interfere with vehicular
traffic or utility lines.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Bethania Regional Health Care Center is hereby authorized to
construct a sixty-five (65) foot long wooden and metal dock which
will encroach no more than six (6) feet into the alley in Thompson
Subdivision of Block 262, Original Townsite, Wichita Falls, Texas.
