RESOLUTION TO APPROVE CONTRACT WITH JOHN
MORRISON, ENGINEER/ARCHITECT FOR ENGINEERING
CONSULTING SERVICES RELATED TO HEATING,
VENTILATION AND AIR-CONDITIONING PROJECTS.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls requires certain
mechanical engineering services for two projects related to
heating, ventilation and air-conditioning in the Public Utilities
Department;
WHEREAS, the engineering firm of John G. Morrison,
Engineer/Architect, Wichita Falls, Texas is acceptable to the

City and is willing to enter into a contract to perform the
required engineering services; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has examined a proposed contract for
these purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The proposed contract with John G.Morrison,
Engineer/Architect is hereby approved for the purposes stated at
a total cost of $2 ,700 for a project at 402 East Scott and $4,300
for a project at the Jasper and Cypress Water Treatment Plants.
The City Manager is authorized to execute the contract.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 18TH DAY DECEMBER, 1990.
