RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AWARD OF BID
AND A CONTRACT FOR THE CDBG MARTIN
LUTHER KING CENTER REROOF AND SEAL WALLS
PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for
bids for the construction of the CDBG MARTIN LUTHER KING
CENTER REROOF AND SEAL WALLS PROJECT; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible
bidder is Lydick-Hooks Roofing, who bid unit prices
equalling the sum of $57, 150. 00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Lydick-Hooks Roofing, in the
amount of $57, 150. 00 is hereby accepted and the City Manager
is authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
Contractor for this project.
