RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH MCI
TELECOMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION FOR THE
PROVISION OF LONG DISTANCE TELEPHONE
SERVICE
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has contracted with MCI
Telecommunications Corporation for the past two years for the
provision of long distance telephone service; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to renew the agreement for an
additional one-year period.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into an
agreement with MCI Telecommunications Corporation for the
provision of long distance telephone service for the period from
December 18, 1990 through December 17, 1991.
