RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AWARD OF BID
AND A CONTRACT FOR THE HOLLIDAY CREEK
PHASE III STRUCTURE REMOVAL PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for
bids for the construction of the HOLLIDAY CREEK PHASE III
STRUCTURE REMOVAL PROJECT; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible
bidder is B.W. Strayhorn, who bid unit prices equalling the
sum of $8,240. 00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of B.W. Strayhorn, in the amount of
8, 240. 00 is hereby accepted and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
Contractor for this project.
