RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONCEPT OF RESTAURANT/NATURE EDUCATION
BUILDING IN LUCY PARK.
WHEREAS, recent recreation surveys have suggested the
need for a restaurant in a scenic park and a nature
education building; and,
WHEREAS, a location in Lucy Park would offer the best
site for the multi-purpose structure.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The concept of a restaurant/nature education building
in Lucy Park is good and should be pursued utilizing public
and private funding sources.
