RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE CDBG O'REILLY PARK
AUTOMATIC IRRIGATION SYSTEM PROJECT AND
AUTHORIZE FINAL PAYMENT TO BROCK PLUMBING
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has entered a unit price
contract with Brock Plumbing with the estimated total cost of
13,994 . 00; and,
WHEREAS, the actual work was completed at a total cost of
13,994. 00 of which $12, 594. 60 has been previously paid to the
contractor leaving an amount due of $1, 399.40; and
WHEREAS, City staff has inspected the work and found it to
be acceptable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The CDBG O'Reilly Park Automatic Irrigation System Project
is hereby accepted and the City Manager is authorized to make
final payment to the contractor.
