A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING NOTRE DAME SCHOOLS TO SELL BEER AND
WINE DURING THE "LAS VEGAS NIGHT" EVENT •
WHEREAS, Notre Dame Schools has requested authorization to
sell beer and wine at the "Las Vegas Night" event on December 1,
1990, at the MSU Outdoor Education Center; and,
WHEREAS, the location is in a Single-Family Residential zoning
district; and,
WHEREAS, the Zoning Ordinance authorizes the City Council to
approve temporary sales of alcoholic beverages.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The sale of beer and wine is hereby authorized pursuant to
Section 5420 (5) during the Notre Dame Schools' "Las Vegas Night"
event on December 1, 1990 at the MSU Outdoor Education Building
located on West Campus Drive, south of Midwestern Parkway.
