RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ACCEPT EXERCISE OF OPTION BY COMMUNITY ACTION
CORPORATION TO RENEW LEASE AT 602 BROAD STREET
FOR FOURTH RENEWAL PERIOD
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls and Community Action
Corporation of Wichita Falls and the North Texas Area entered
into a lease agreement on December 1, 1986, for a period of
twelve (12) months; and,
WHEREAS, said lease provides for four renewal periods of
twelve (12) months each for the consideration stated therein; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to renew the lease agreement for
the fourth renewal period.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to accept the exercise
of option by Community Action Corporation to renew its lease
agreement of the property at 602 Broad for the Fourth Renewal
Period for a term beginning December 1, 1990, and ending
November 30, 1991, for the consideration stated therein.
