RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT AS COMPLETE NORTHSIDE
WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT CONCRETE REPAIR
PROJECT AND AUTHORIZE CITY MANAGER TO MAKE
FINAL PAYMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has a contract with
McGrath Brothers Concrete for certain repairs at the Northside
Wastewater Treatment Plant, said contract having an estimate
total of $76,885.70;
WHEREAS, the project has been completed and the total amount
of work done is $75, 089.84 ;
WHEREAS, the City has previously paid the contractor
73 , 588 . 04, leaving an amount due of $1,501.80; and,
WHEREAS, the staff has inspected the project and found it
complete, and has recommended the Council accept the project and
authorize the City Manager to make a final payment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The project to make repairs to the Northside Wastewater
Treatment Plant is hereby accepted as complete and the City
Manager is authorized to make a final payment of $1, 501.80 to the
contractor.
