RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE AND
DELIVERY OF 60" REINFORCED CONCRETE PIPE UP
TO A $10, 000. 00 VALUE.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to participate in
the North Lamar Street drainage project; and,
WHEREAS, the property owner abutting both sides of the Lamar
Street project is resubdividing and desires to vacate the right-
of-way

of-way but to maintain the easement for municipal utilities; and,
WHEREAS, the property owner has taken bids on the
installation of a 60" reinforced concrete pipe storm sewer and
will install this storm sewer with a contractor in accordance
with plans and specifications developed jointly by the City of
Wichita Falls and Corlett, Probst and Boyd, Consulting Engineers.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Approximately twenty-three 6 ' lengths of 60" reinforced
concrete pipe, with a value not to exceed $10,000. 00, is
authorized to be delivered to the North Lamar Street drainage
project for installation by the subdividers contractor in
accordance with the City of Wichita Falls plans.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 16th day of October, 1990.
