A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING BETHANIA REGIONAL HEALTH CARE CENTER
TO ENCROACH INTO A PORTION OF GRACE STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY,
BETWEEN 10TH STREET AND 11TH STREET, WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS
WHEREAS, Bethania Regional Health Care Center has requested
permission to construct a fence which will encroach into a portion
of Grace Street right-of-way between 10th Street and 11th Street;
and,
WHEREAS, such encroachment will not obstruct pedestrian or
vehicular traffic; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council deems that the encroachment will not
adversely impact the health, safety, and public welfare.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Bethania Regional Health Care Center is hereby authorized to
construct a fourteen foot tall fence on the portion of Grace Street
right-of-way located between 10th Street and 11th Street being more
specifically described as follows:
Being the portion of the Grace Street right-of-way between the
property line and sidewalk beginning at a point approximately 34.75
feet from the 10th Street right-of-way and continuing approximately
43 feet towards 11th Street.
