RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID TO CHANNEL
CONSTRUCTION CO. , INC. FOR 11TH AND HOLLIDAY
SEWER LINE REPAIR PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for repair of a sanitary sewer line on Holliday street between
10th and 11th streets; and,
WHEREAS, said bids were to be submitted on an estimated
quantity basis; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has examined two bids received and has
found the bid of Channel Construction Co. , Inc. in the estimated
about of $25, 000 to be the lowest responsive bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid of Channel Construction Co. , Inc. in the estimated
amount of $25, 000 is hereby accepted for the project to repair a
sanitary sewer line on Holliday Street, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for this purpose.
