RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID TO WEIDNER AND
ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR COMPUTER CONTROL SYSTEM
AT RIVER ROAD WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for installation of a computer control system at the River Road
Wastewater Treatment plant; and,
WHEREAS, the original bids for this project were rejected by
the Council on July 3, 1990 and the project was bid again with
minor modifications to the plans and specifications; and,
WHEREAS, the City received four bids on the second bidding
and the lowest responsive bidder is Weidner and Associates Inc.
of Salt Lake City, Utah in the amount of $142, 675.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid of Weidner and Associates, Inc. in the amount of
142 , 675 for a computer control system at the River Road
Wastewater Treatment Plant is hereby accepted and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract for this purpose.
