RESOLUTION AMENDING ARTICLE I OF A LEASE
AGREEMENT DATED OCTOBER 17, 1977 BETWEEN
SOUTHERN AVIATION OF TEXAS, INC. AND THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS, that;
Article I of the lease agreement between Southern Aviation and the City of
Wichita Falls is amended to add 750 sq. ft. of office space at an annual rental rate of
4R per sq. ft. per year. The amendment is hereby approved and the City Manager is
authorized to execute same for the City of Wichita Falls.
