RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE REROOF OF THE
ACTIVITIES CENTER PROJECT AND AUTHORIZE
FINAL PAYMENT TO LYDICK ROOFING COMPANY
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered a unit price
contract with Lydick Roofing with the estimated total cost of
83,413 . 00; and,
WHEREAS, the actual work was completed at a total cost of
88, 172 . 00 of which $78,994.80 has been previously paid to the
contractor leaving an amount due of $9, 177.20; and,
WHEREAS, City staff has inspected the work and found it to
be acceptable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The Reroof of Activities Center Project is hereby accepted
and the City Manager is authorized to make final payment to the
contractor
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 2nd day of October, 1990.
