RESOLUTION APPROVING A NAME CHANGE FROM
METRO EXPRESS II TO METROFLIGIIT, INC. IN 'HIE
CITY'S LEASE WITH THE AIRLINE PROVIDING SER-
VICE AS AMERICAN EAGLE.
WITNESSETII:
WHEREAS, the city and lessee entered into a rental agreement dated March 15, 1985
and the parties hereto desire to amend the corporate name from Metro Express II to
Metroflight, Inc. in said lease agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, said lease agreement is amended to indicate the name change
from Metro Express II to Metroflight, Inc.
This instrument is executed by the parties as of the day and year set out above.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 2nd day of October, 1990.
