RESOLUTION APPROVING A TEN-YEAR LEASE
AGREEMENT WITH THE KEMP/SUNNYSIDE
NEIGHBORHOOD GROUP FOR A NEIGHBORHOOD
CENTER LOCATED IN JALONICK PARK
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls owns property commonly
known as the Jalonick Park Neighborhood Center; and
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to lease such
property to the Kemp/Sunnyside Neighborhood Group;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain lease agreement, a copy of which is attached
hereto, leasing such property to the Kemp/Sunnyside Neighborhood
Group for a term of ten years, is hereby approved, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute the same for the City of
Wichita Falls.
