RESOLUTION TO APPROVE PROPOSAL OF TRAC
LABORATORIES FOR LABORATORY SERVICES TO
SUPPORT TOXICITY REDUCTION EVALUATION
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls requested proposals from
qualified laboratories for laboratory services to support the
conduct of a Toxicity Reduction Evaluation at the River Road
Wastewater Treatment Plant;
WHEREAS, seven proposals were received and evaluated by the
City staff and consulting engineering firm of Alan Plummer and
Associates, Inc. ; and,
WHEREAS, it is the recommendation of the staff that the
proposed services should be secured from TRAC Laboratories of
Denton, Texas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The proposal of TRAC Laboratories of Denton, Texas to
provide laboratory services to support Phase A of a Toxicity
Reduction Evaluation at the River Road Wastewater Treatment Plant
is hereby accepted in the estimated cost amount of $25,250 for
the services described in the request for proposal.
