RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE AWARD OF BID AND A
CONTRACT FOR THE RIVERSIDE/ROSEMONT CEMETERY
ROAD REHABILITATION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the Riverside/Rosemont Cemetery Road
Rehabilitation Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Wilco Construction Company, who bid unit prices equalling the sum
of $36,979. 00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Wilco Construction Company in the
amount of $36,979. 00 is hereby accepted and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
Contractor for this project.
