ORDINANCE WAIVING SECTIONS 4-15 AND 4-24 OF THE CODE OF ORDI-
NANCES TO ALLOW THE SALE OF BEER AT THE NOTRE DAME SPRING FES-
TIVAL ON MAY 3, 4 AND 5, 1985.
WHEREAS, the Notre Dame Schools are planning their seventh annual Spring
Festival on May 3, 4 and 5, 1985, to be held on the Notre Dame High School park-
ing lot and grounds located at 2811 Lansing; and
WHEREAS, the sponsors of this event have requested permission for beer to
be sold at such Spring Festival; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the circumstances involved in this
situation are exceptional, and that a waiver of Sections 4-15 and 4-24 of the Code
of Ordinances should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The requirements of Sections 4-15 and 4-24 of the Code of Ordinances are
hereby waived to allow the sale of beer at such Spring Festival at the Notre Dame
School parking lot and grounds at 2811 Lansing on May 3, 4, and 5, 1985.
